He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Head and Alta Blythe Head; and his siblings, Edward, Tommy Head, Betty Butler, Cecil Brown, Georgia Myatt and Isa Helen Richardson.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Head (Tandra) and Michael Head (Renee); his grandchild Madison; the mother of his children Geraldine Murphy Head of Louisville; and his siblings, Eva Bryant of Indianapolis, Indiana, J. D. Head of Indianapolis and Jack Head of Tompkinsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hosparus Health in memory of Paul.
