He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Mae (Johnson) and James Clifton Coulter; and his sons, Danny Morris and Larry Dale Coulter. He is survived by: his son Mark Coulter (Cathey Owen) of Tompkinsville, KY; his close friend Linda Murphy of Tompkinsville, KY; his daughter-in-law Wanda Coulter of Tompkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Dustin Coulter, Ashley Trivett and Joey Barnes; his great grandchildren, Teagan Marie Coulter, Logan, Taylor and Madison Trivett; his brother Bruce Coulter of Tompkinsville, KY; and his half-sister Vicky Ritter of Frankfort, IN..
