She was predeceased by: her mother Effie Hammer (Sims); and her sister Reva Nell Hammer. She is survived by: her father Bruce Hammer; and her children, Donna Bartley of Tompkinsville, KY, Patricia Ann Gregory of Greenville, IN, Sondra Scott of Mooresville and Bobbie K Hagan of Glasgow, KY. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren & 13 Great-Grandchildren, Her Parents, husband.
