It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Lee Starnes of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Head and Dr. R. D. Starnes; and his brother Larry "Sug" Starnes. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Starnes of Tompkinsville, KY; his daughters, Kim Parr (Jim) of Cortez, Colorado and Leslie Campbell (Michael) of Alvaton, KY; and his grandchildren, Siena Parr, Landry, Livvy and Ramsey Campbell.
