It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Dean Young of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Young and Polly Mae Young (Bridges); and her siblings, Thelma Key, Nellie Geralds and Guy Young.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Tim Young (Melissa), Stacy Young (Peggy), David Young, Letha McPherson (Doug) and Karthina Cashin; and her brother-in-law Clarence Geralds.
Due to restrictions from Covid-19 private services will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at McMurtrey Funeral Home, with Brother Jacob Jordan officiating.
