He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Fields of Tompkinsville, KY; his children, Heather Smith (James) of Westport, IN, Bethany Hendrix of Scottsville, KY and David Williams (Barbara) of Louisville, KY; and his siblings, Melinda Coomer (Paul) of Columbus, IN. and Ronnie Fields (Sherry) of Bedford, IN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
