He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl and Helen Bartley (Hagan). He is survived by: his wife Louise Kerr; his children, Rebecca Ann Bartley (Becky), Michael Lloyd Bartley, Gary Millard Bartley (Greta) and Mary Helen Bartley; his grandchildren, MacShane Bartley (Cybil), Dillan Bartley (Ashley), Megan Brown (Elliott) and Presley Woods; and his great grandchildren, Ramsey Kate Bartley (Austyn Belcher), Reece Harlan Bartley, Oakley Bartley, Layton Brown, Vanley Bartley, Ellison Brown, Lawson Brown and Rip Bartley.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Gilead Cemetery, or to Hosparus of Barren River in memory of Lloyd.
