He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleen "L. E." (Gill) and Leslie Ephriam "L. E."; his brother David Dicken; and his brother-in-law Donald Davis. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Dicken of Tompkinsville, KY; his stepchildren, Tara Thomas of New Jersey, Ashley Smith of Tompkinsville, KY., Josh Gentry of Cookeville, TN and Jordan Gentry of Glasgow, KY; his sisters, Diane Hume (Jerry) of Tompkinsville, KY and Donna Davis of Tompkinsville, KY; and his sister-in-law Kathy Dicken of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to The American Cancer Society.
