He is survived by: his grandchildren, Erica (Terry Eldridge) and Caleb (Chelsea Smith); his daughter-in-law Wendy Smith of Tompkinsville, KY; his stepson Wesley (Danielle Bray) of Tompkinsville, KY; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Nolan Eldridge, Liam, Kyle Smith and Madeline Bray; his siblings, Lola Curry of Edmonton, KY and Louis Underwood (Betty Smith) of Edmonton, KY.; his son Jeff Smith (Barbara Bray); his brothers, Jim and Charlie Smith; and his nephew David Harris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & many friends.
