She was predeceased by: her grandfather Ray; and her stepfather John Traglio. She is survived by: her parents, Leah Traglio of Colorado Springs, CO and William Watson of Pennsylvania; her husband Ricky Russell of Tompkinsville, KY; her daughters, Amy Cecil (Kirk) of Tompkinsville, KY, Megan Shipley (Grayson Pare) of Gamaliel, KY and Sara Russell (John Austin Geralds) of Tompkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Luke Cecil and Bo Shipley; her siblings, Steve Traglio of Security, CO and Anita McLerran; and her close friends, Geraldine Carter and Marie Humes.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kim's memory may be made to Ebenezer Cemetery.
