He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Howard (Howard) and Robert "Bob" Howard; and his brothers, Dan, Jim and Ricky Howard.
He is survived by: his close friend Steve Myatt (Darlene Fletcher) of Tompkinsville; and his siblings, Charlie Howard of Bowling Green and Teresa Wheeler Howard of Florida.
