He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mills and Thelma Mills; his siblings, Edward Mills, Marie Curd, Herald Mills and William Mills; and his former wife Kathryn Mills.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Kennett; his wife Janice; his children, Janice Lively (Wayland) of Iowa, Kim McIntosh (Tim) of Michigan, Jo Ellen Laansma (David) of Colorado, Kenneth Mills, Jr. of Michigan, Jennifer Witham (Howard) of Michigan and Jonathon Mills (Taylor) of Michigan; and his siblings, Hubert Fred Mills of Texas, Faber Mills (Shirley) of Arkansas, Russell (Pat) of Arkansas and Floyma Sutterfield of Arizona. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
