She was predeceased by: her parents, Leta Wade (Kessler) and Jack Wade; her husband Darrell Tade; and her siblings, Leroy Wade (Imogene), Frank Wade and Olene McPherson (Reed).
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Darrell Lynn Tade (Teurice) of Bowling Green, KY and Tony Tade (Frankie) of Scottsville, KY; her grandchildren, Jake Tade (Shelby), Meredith Wilson (Neil) and Grant Tade (Zoe); her great grandchildren, Hank and Easton Tade; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Wade of Frankfort, IN..
