Katherine Jackson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katherine Jackson of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Rich and Mary Elizabeth Rich (Long); her husband Carl Jackson; and her daughters, Lee Ann Graves and Tammy Jo Shirley.
She is survived by: her close friend Eddie Coulter; her daughters, Tina Poindexter of Tompkinsville, Susan McFarland of Tompkinsville, Kim Meadors of Lafayette and Jennifer Boswell of Tompkinsville; her sister Nina Smith; her grandson Jay Allen Boswell Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Zell Anderson, Patricia England, Wanda Anderson, Earl Rich, Otis Rich, Darrell Rich and Lester Clarence Rich.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brown Cemetery.
