He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Campbell and Freda Grant Campbell of Jamestown, KY; his wife Sarah Beth Carter Campbell of Tompkinsville, KY; his son Jacob Campbell (Jailyn) of Columbia, KY; his grandsons, Jettson and Corbin Campbell; his stepchildren, Aden, Crayli and Carter; and his brother Kyle Campbell (Cheyenne Garner) of Jamestown, KY. He is also survived by several friends and other relatives.
