He was predeceased by: his father David "Blue" Page; his grandparents, Millard, Effie Thompson, Clyde and Opal Page; and his brothers, Ronnie and Donnie Page.
He is survived by: his mother Sally Thompson Page; his son Johnathan Page; his sister Kathy Hume (Kirk); and his nieces and nephews, Mary, Sarah Hume, Jacob of Tompkinsville and Matthew Hume of Tompkinsville.
