She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Olene (Kingery) and E. O. Crumpton; and her sisters, Mary Williams, Linda Shive and Faye Bryant.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Clemons of Tompkinsville, KY, Ricky Clemons of Tompkinsville, KY and Kenny Clemons of Tompkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Clint, Heather and Megan; her great grandchildren, S. J., Annslie and Brett; and her brother Bill Crumpton of Greenfield, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
