He is survived by: his children, Amanda Lynn Trapp (Tony) of Smithville, Amber Gallup (James) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, Keith Walker (Marie) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky and Ethan Bryant of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; his siblings, Judy Spencer (Charlie) of Indianapolis, Patty Branham (Joey), Arline Patterson (Michael), Tonya Bartley and Tommy Bartley (Sarah) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Holden, Gage, Caleb, Kaden, Bryson, Kasen, Kenzlie, Dakota, Destiny and Dalton; and his great grandchild Grayson.
Honorary Pallbearers: John Boy Vibbert, Eddie Smith, Tony Trapp, Jamie Clark, Josh Bryant, Terry Welch, Keith Walker, and James Gallup, In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations for funeral expenses, and these may be made at the funeral home.
