She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Woodrow Richey and Mildred Richey (Proffitt); her brother Albert Richey of Glasgow; and her son Nicholas "Nick" Butler of Tompkinsville. She is survived by: her husband Bert; her daughter Julianna "Julie" Headrick (Joe Neal Headrick); her grandchildren, Derek Dalton Headrick and Emma Nichole Headrick; her sisters, Michelle Kennedy (Larry) of Bowling Green and Marla Patrick (Daryl) of Glasgow; her nieces, Caroline Lyle and Diana Boughton of Glasgow; her nephew Fredrick Lyle of Cave City; and her great-niece Samara Lyle of Glasgow.
