He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Isabelle (Shaw) and Lovel Raney; and his sisters, Joyce Lynn and Lois Rhoton. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Britt of Tompkinsville, KY, Cathy Turner of Tompkinsville, KY, Patsy Vinson of Glasgow, KY, Jane Rouse of Tompkinsville, KY, Cindy Hammer of Tompkinsville, KY, Mary Devore of Glasgow, KY, Gary Raney of Summer Shade, KY and Ricky Raney of Tompkinsville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For the protection of Mr. Raney's family, it is kindly asked for anyone coming to the services to abide by Governor Beshear's recommendation of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. No public lounge is available at this time due to COVID-19.
