He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Hale (Gearlds) and Eugene Hale; his son Jason Hale; and his brothers, Charles Hale and Jack Hale.
He is survived by: his sisters, Susie Young of Tompkinsville, KY and Joyce Simmons of Tompkinsville, KY; and his grandchild Jarred Hale.
Due to restrictions from Covid-19, all services will be private.
