He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Denhard of Bowling Green, KY; his sister Mary "Cricket" Sullivan of Tompkinsville, KY; his close friend Kristen Whitlow of Tompkinsville, KY; his niece Sera Shayne; his great-niece Winter Morgan; and the mother of his child Michelle Conner. He is also survived by family; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Shop With A Cop to continue Jeff's passion for helping the children of Monroe County experience the joy of the holidays.
