He was predeceased by: his parents, Novella Denton (Bowman) and William McKinley Miller; his granddaughter Samantha Elizabeth Ellis; and his siblings, William Denton Miller, Nelda Rand, Thelma Emmert and Katherin Walden.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Miller of Tompkinsville, KY; his children, Shirley Elizabeth "Beth" Rowland (Chan) of Manakin-Sabot, VA, Patricia Ann Wise, Kathy Denton Wilson (C. O.) of Tompkinsville, KY, Virginia Lee "Jinnie" Hollinsworth (Rodney), Isaac Abe "Ike" Miller, Jr. (Gina Kinslow) of Tompkinsville, KY and David Sherman Miller (Stacy) of Tompkinsville, KY; and his sister Carol Jean Ramsey of Glasgow, KY.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Due to restrictions from Covid-19 private services will be held Saturday, December 12, at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hosparus Health of Barren River.
