He is survived by: his father Homer DeCallis Turner; his children, Maria Leeannetta Turner of Arkansas, Holly Ladean Turner of Pennsylvania and Nash Donovan Turner of Arkansas; and his siblings, Lisa Woods of Fountain Run, KY, Debbie Witty of Tompkinsville, KY and Michael Turner.
