He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Witt and Clarene Kirk (Shirley); his siblings, Julie Ann Kirk, Foster Kirk, Connie Tooley, Sandra Evans, Carolyn Brown and William "Bill" Kirk; and his niece Beteena Kirk.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Gail Kirk (Jenkins) of Tompkinsville; his son Harlan Lee Kirk (Brigit Rush) of Bowling Green; his siblings, Nellie Frances Young (Ricky) of Glasgow, Dicky Kirk (Janetta) of Tompkinsville, Ricky Kirk (Betty) of Tompkinsville and Victor Tooley of Tompkinsville; and his aunt Katherine Graves of Tompkinsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
Pallbearers: Jody Evans, Jessie Evans, Miles Tooley, Victor Tooley, Clifton Hamilton, and Daniel Hamilton, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses, those may be made at the funeral home.
