He is survived by: his brothers, Tommy Page of Tompkinsville, KY., Mitchell Page (Tammy) of Tompkinsville, KY., Joe Eagle Page (Charlene) of Tompkinsville, KY., Michael Page (Cathy) of Tompkinsville, KY. and Ronnie Page (Julie) of Tompkinsville, KY.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
