He is survived by: his wife Mae Biggerstaff; his son Ronnie Biggerstaff of Tompkinsville, KY; his granddaughter Vidalia Beaty (John); his great grandchild Emily Elizabeth Biggerstaff; and his brothers, John Biggestaff (Wanda) of Tompkinsville, KY and Gary Biggerstaff (Connie) of Summer Shade, KY..
