She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Smith and Guy Hollinsworth; her spouse Huie England; and her siblings, John Logan, Ralph Clifton Hollinsowrth and Neda Belle Graves.
She is survived by: her sons, Hugh England (Frankie) of Glasgow, KY and Shannon Gootee of Bowling Green, KY; and her sister Mary Louise Gootee of Glasgow, KY.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
