Frank Hollinsworth Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Hollinsworth of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Kay; and his grandparents, Buford Franklin, Gladys Reagan Cornwell, Rondall Chuck and Evelyn Grenead Hollinsworth.

He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Hollinsworth (Cornwell); his children, Madison Hollinsworth and Jackson Hollinsworth; his brother Jamie Hollinsworth (Tamara); his nieces, Morgan Hollinsworth, Brailynn Turner and Karleigh Kay Hollinsworth; his nephew Mason Hollinsworth; and his friend Chris Graves. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated by the family for funeral expenses, and these may be made at the funeral home or mailed to Bartley & Sons Funeral Home at 204 Columbia Avenue, Tompkinsville, Kentucky 42167.
