She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Copas (Short) and Oscar Copas; her spouse Hanley Spear; her son-in-law Freddie Kessler; and her siblings, Larkin, Loyd Copas, Odell Hestand, Ree Copas, Hazel Bartley, Inez Hurd, Polly Hurd and Ailene Rich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Yokley (George Michael) of Tompkinsville, KY, Jane Brown (Jackie) of Tompkinsville, KY, Wanda Birge (Rondal) of Glasgow, KY and Joan Kessler of Glasgow, KY; and her sister Callie Choate of Martinsville, IN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eva Nell's memory may be made to Pleasant Hill Church of Christ.
