He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Miller Combs. He is survived by: his mother Clara Bell Combs (Dyer) of Tompkinsville; his children, Jason Combs of Frankfort and Molly Bailey of Frankfort; his sister Edie Huddleston of Louisville; his grandson Taylor Adams of Frankfort; and his great grandchild Nolan Adams.
