He is survived by: his wife Patty Thomas of Tompkinsville, KY; his sons, Steve Thomas (Heidi) of Bettendorf, IA, Roger Thomas (Carla) of Tompkinsville, KY, Eddy Thomas (Lisa) of Tompkinsville, KY and Lynn Thomas of Tompkinsville, KY; his stepchildren, Cherie Eads (Rudy) of Livingston, TN, Donald Harper (Vickie) of Tompkinsville, KY and Michael Harper (Kim) of Tompkinsville, KY; and his siblings, Clara Geralds of Tompkinsville, KY, Linda Spear (Reggie) of Tompkinsville, KY and Carl D. Thomas of Austin, KY.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren.
