We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, Edna Maxine Compton of Tompkinsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Tyree and Delcie Jones Tyree Clark; her children, Christopher and Theresa Renna Compton; and her siblings, David, Jimmy, Bill, Hubert and Edith.

She is survived by: her sons, Troy Compton (Louanna) of Florence, Robert Compton (Shelly) of Tompkinsville and Paul Sorke of North Port; and also Shirley Mayes of Florence. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
