It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Earl Coulter of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Coulter Jr. and Vera Conkin Coulter; his son Tony Coulter; his sister Glaydene Coulter; and his half-siblings, Jewell Burkland, Nell Turner and Clifton Coulter.

He is survived by: his close friend Margie Copass; his daughter Tammy Vibbert (William); his grandson Jason Vibbert (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Skylar of Tompkinsville, Samantha of Tompkinsville and Maddie Vibbert of Tompkinsville.

Due to Covid-19, the family has chosen that all services be private, with private burial in Liberty Cemetery.
