She was predeceased by: her parents, Vally Sewell (Birdwell) and William Sewell; and her siblings, Lawrence Sewell, Paul Bowman Sewell and Laverne Sewell Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband Ezra Allen; and her siblings, Lois Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY and Lester Sewell of Glasgow, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For the protection of Mrs. Allen's family, it is kindly asked for anyone coming to the services to abide by Governor Beshear's recommendation of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
