He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Lyon; his children, Jeremy Todd Lyon of Glasgow, KY., Jodi (Kevin Deckard) of Tompkinsville, KY and Jennifer (Brian Delk) of Franklin, KY; and his grandchildren, Brantley Lyon, Halee, Kayson Deckard, Addelyn and Chase Delk.
