She is survived by: her husband Hubert Coffelt; her son Matthew Coffelt (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, MaKinley of Tompkinsville, KY. and Carson Coffelt of Tompkinsville, KY.; and her siblings, Robert Smith of Tompkinsville, KY, Randall Smith of Glasgow, KY and Norma Freed of Indianapolis, IN..
