He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Edith (Anderson) and Ulysses Gentry; and his wife Rena Belle Gentry (Davis). He is survived by: his children, Cynthia McCarter of Tompkinsville, KY, Robbie Gentry of Summer Shade, KY and David Gentry of Bowling Green, KY; and his sister Abby Combs of Glasgow, KY.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
