He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys C. Kendall (Head) and Girvous R. Kendall; his wife Evelyn Kendall; his brothers, Randall and Jesse Kendall; his sister-in-law Linda; and his sister Shelby Kendall.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Gay Hale (Sidney) of Tompkinsville and Ricky Ray Kendall (Tonya) of Tompkinsville; his grandchildren, Machelle Blackwell (Bengie), Matthew Hale, Chase Kendall (Meredith) and Tanner Kendall (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Ellie Grace Kendall and Reese Monroe Kendall; and his brother Billy Joe Kendall (Shirley) of Bowling Green.
