He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Dolleslager of Franklin, KY, Joyce Mayfield of Elizabethtown, KY, Jo Ann Swearingen of Antioch, TN and Amy Thomas of Bradenton, FL; and his sisters, Mary Lou Beazley of Nashville, TN, Janice Spear of Tompkinsville, KY and Wilma Lyon of Tompkinsville, KY.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
