He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Earl Frazier and Minnie Mae Strong; and his brother Willie Earl Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Graves Frazier; his children, Jimmy Dale Frazier (Christine) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, Cary Dwayne Frazier (Shellay) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, Vicki Sue Buzzard (Jack) of Bowling Green and Tammy Denise Broadbent (Jeff) of Cerulean Kentucky; his stepsons, Christopher Paul Berardi (Kathy) of Knoxville and Mark Timothy Berardi (Kim) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his sister Diana Fox of Tompkinsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by two nephews; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
