She was predeceased by: her mother Janice "Susie" Moore (Keith); and her grandparents, Denton, Lelo Moore, Robert and Lizzie Keith.
She is survived by: her father Carlie Fay Moore; her children, Dakota White (Pam Ammerman) of Glasgow and Chelsey White (Stephen England) of Glasgow; her sisters, Jennifer Buck (Dan) of Illinois, Tonya Emmert (Ashley Moore) of Gamaliel and Chase Blakely; and her grandchildren, Cami, Remington, Jameson White and Gamble Burkhead. She is also survived by aunts, and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
