He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Russell and Edith Russell (Hammer); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Biggerstaff and Jackie Tooley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Tooley; his children, Shannon Sexton (Daniel) of Glasgow and Kathy Taylor (Jeff) of Tompkinsville; his grandchildren, Parker (Sierra), Ethan, Amelia Sexton of Glasgow, Clara and Lexi Taylor of Tompkinsville; his siblings, Patricia and Ricky Russell (Kim) of Tompkinsville; and his cousin Bo Wesley Simpson (Kristie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made in Bobby's memory to Ebenezer Cemetery or Hosparus of Barren River.
