He is survived by: his wife Anita Rhoton of Tompkinsville; his children, Betina Copas (Jeff) of Clementsville and Barry Rhoton of Tompkinsville; his sister Inez Starnes of Gallatin; his grandchildren, Britta Lewis (Bart), Breonna Thompson (Micheal) and Kelsey Gramlin (Sean); and his great grandchildren, Landen, Lucas, Liam, Briar, Emma, Marie, Billie and Bella.
