He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma May Page and Arlie Ray Cleary; and his siblings, J. T. Cleary, Loyice Earl Cleary, Carolyn June Cleary and Diana Gail Cleary.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Milam Cleary; his children, Christine Asberry (Mark) of Whitleyville, TN, Paula Proffitt (Michael) of Tompkinsville, KY, Billie Kaye Harman (John) of Scottsville, KY and Jonathan Ray Cleary (Tasha) of Tompkinsville, KY; his siblings, Lou Jean Botts (Joe) of Tompkinsville, KY and Arlie Keith of Tompkinsville, KY; and his nephew Preston Cleary (Krystal). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
