He is survived by: his mother Mary Bartley (Biggerstaff) of Tompkinsville, KY; his wife Kimberly Bartley; his daughters, Hannah Kichelle McHenry (Tyler) of Moss, TN, Camille Victoria Rutheford (Ryan) of Scottsville, KY, Mariel Grace Bartley of Tompkinsville, KY and Abby Claire Bartley of Tompkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Conner Stephen McHenry, Ava Blake Rutheford and Cade Daniel Rutheford. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
