She is survived by: her son Jamie Hollinsworth of Tompkinsville; her grandchildren, Mason, Madison, Morgan, Karleigh Kay and Jackson Hollinsworth; and her siblings, Freddie Cornwell (Lois) of Tompkinsville and Betty Sutton (Dennis) of Houston.
