He is survived by: his children, Tammy Proffitt of Tompkinsville, KY, Jimmy Kerr of Glasgow, KY and Mikey Kerr of Glasgow, KY; his grandchildren, Bradley Kerr, Miranda Taylor, Morgan Cornelius and Grayson Proffitt; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Iris Kerr, Alexis, John Taylor and Saige Cornelius; and his sister Nina Hopper of Judio, KY..
