He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Elkins of Johnson City, TN, Virginia Matthews of Debord, KY. and Thelma Preston of Debord, KY.; his grandchildren, Shey Spencer, Kocia Rice, Gage Rowe, Ryder Rowe and Raylee Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Raeghann Wright, Karighann Rice and Jett Rice.
