He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Crum and Euna Daniels Crum. He is survived by: his wife Anzie Akers Crum; his children, David Crum of Tomahawk, KY, Daniel Crum of Tomahawk, KY, Kenny Crum of Tomahawk, KY and Tina Crum Ward of Tomahawk, KY; and his brother Charles Crum, Jr. of Tomahawk, KY.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost.
